【摘要】 蒽醌类成分是大黄、何首乌、决明子、芦荟等中药的主要活性成分,具有泻下、降脂、降压等药理作用。近年来含蒽醌类的中药或中成药广泛应用于临床和保健食品中,但服用含蒽醌类中药引起不良反应的报道日益增加,使含蒽醌类中药的安全性越来越受到人们的重视。本文总结了近年来含蒽醌类中药毒性作用的临床研究和基础研究,以期为医药产业和保健食品产业合理应用含蒽醌类中药提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anthraquinones constituents,which have the pharmacological effect of diarrhea,lipid-lowering,and step-down,are the main active ingredients of Chinese traditional medicine such as rhubarb,fleece-flower root,cassia seed and aloe vera.Traditional Chinese medicines containing anthraquinones are widely used in clinical and health food in recent years,but there are increasing reports of adverse reactions caused by such medicines.The safety of traditional Chinese medicine that contains anthraquinones gets more and more attention from people.This paper summarized the clinical and basic researches on toxic effect of traditional Chinese medicine containing anthraquinones in recent years and provided the reference on the reasonable application of medicine and health food industry.更多还原
