隔离型开关电源远场辐射的场路协同预测及改善研究

【摘要】 本文通过电路-电磁场协同仿真方法对一台反激式开关电源的远场辐射发射进行预测,并分析屏蔽结构对远场辐射作用。论文首先介绍反激式开关电源结构及其远场辐射发射的预测方法。然后,在测量基础上,结合隔离变压器100k Hz-200MHz宽频行为模型、开关电源PCB的PEEC高频模型以及有源器件宏模型等,建立开关电源电磁干扰源的精确电路预测模型;再根据开关电源物理结构,用CST软件建立起远场辐射发射三维时域电磁模型,实现对远场辐射的较准确预测,并对线缆屏蔽的辐射作用进行分析和验证。
【Abstract】 The far field electromagnetic emission of an isolated DC-DC switched mode power supply is predicted using a electromagnetic field-circuit co-simulation method and an shielded cable method is verified to suppress the radiation in this paper. The far-field radiation prediction principle of this flyback converter is firstly introduced. Then, the electromagnetic interference source’s circuit prediction model are established after combining the 100 k Hz-200 MHz wide frequency band behavioral model of the flyback transformer, the PEEC model of the PCB and macro-model of semiconductors together. The voltage and current waveforms of electromagnetic interference sources are simulated precisely and verified using circuit method. A 3 dimensions finite time domain integral radiation model of the flyback converter including input/output cables is then established using CST software and its electromagnetic emission are predicted. The effectiveness of emission prediction is verified by experiment too. At the last, the influence of shielded cables on the far-field radiation are proposed and tested.
