高速数字PCB辐射电磁干扰噪声机理分析与抑制方法研究

【摘要】 本文针对高速数字PCB的辐射电磁干扰技术进行了干扰噪声建模与特征分析,在电子设备辐射干扰机理特性分析的基础之上,分别建立了时钟晶振干扰模型、电源芯片干扰模型以及数据线缆干扰模型。此外,本文采用实验研究了两款电子设备的辐射超标问题,根据本文所提出的干扰模型对其进行了诊断与抑制,经过有效抑制措施整改后,两款设备均通过了国家标准GB9254的限制要求。
【Abstract】 For the radiated EMI technology of high-speed digital PCB, the modeling and features on the interference noise are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of radiated EMI mechanism analysis on the electronic equipments, the crystal interference model, power chip model and data cable interference model are established. In addition, the radiation problems of two equipments are taken as experiment subjects, and the problems are diagnosed and suppressed by the interference model proposed in this paper. After efficient suppression methods, the two equipments can pass the limit requirements of GB 9254.
