高速转子过临界时异常振动问题原因分析概述

【摘要】 在调试高速转子实验台时发现:转子达到临界转速时振动过大导致转速升不上去等问题。经过查阅国内外相关文献,决定基于传递矩阵法并建立模型对转子实验台进行转子临界转速的计算以及有限元模态分析,然后通过开展试验验证,获取振动转子的频谱图、波形图、轴心轨迹图和幅值图等图形。经过比较分析得出:转子实验台过临界出现转子振幅激增、振幅在过临界转速后滞留和转子降速过临界转速时临界转速值偏移这三大问题的原因是实验台与支撑桌子不平衡及安装引起的结论,解决了在转子实验台进行试验会因振动过大可能对学生带来的安全问题。
【Abstract】 When an experimental platform of the high speed rotor is tested, some problems occur such as the rotor’ vibration is abnormal at the critical speed and the speed cannot be raised for the speed of the rotor is passing through critical speed. Base on domestic and foreign research results, some works are made in order to analysis these problems: first by transfer matrix method for critical speed calculation and finite element software ANSYS to rotor test-bed of vibration test bench of rotor critical speed calculation and modal analysis, then through rotor test rig to verify, get the rotor frequency spectrum,waveform diagram, axis locus and amplitude diagram for platform. The conclusion of problems are that the table is not balanced and installation of the experimental platform.
