轴线有转动弹簧的微变形之近似分析
On the Micro-deformation Vibration of a System with Its Springs’ Axis Rotating

【摘要】 弹簧轴线有转动的振动系统(Vibration System with Springs’Axis Rotating:VSSAR)在工程上比比皆是。因为几何关系相对复杂,学生往往对VSSAR绕其平衡位置的微幅振动分析望而生畏。本文将利用解析法和几何法两种方法导出VSSAR中弹簧微变形的近似表达式。借助这个近似关系,VSSAR的微幅振动问题便可迎刃而解。利用三个例题验证了上述近似表达式的威力。
【Abstract】 A vibration system with springs’axis rotating(VSSAR)is ubiquitous in engineering.Analyzing the VSSAR vibrating in a micro-scale around its statically balanced configuration is a daunting challenge to students because of the sophisticated geometrical relationship.Two approaches,the analysis and the geometrical,were employed in this paper to derive the approximate spring’s micro-deformation expressions.With these approximate expressions,the problem of VSSARs vibrating in a micro-scale can be solved easily.The power of the approximate expression was demonstrated by an example.
