一种4×4 MIMO手机天线设计
Design of a 4×4 MIMO antenna for the mobile phone

【摘要】 提出了一种应用于手机的多频段MIMO天线。该系统由四个单元组成,每个单元都是一个平面倒F天线(Planar Inverted-F Antenna,PIFA),并采用附加寄生单元、地板上开槽和延伸T型枝节相结合的方法来减少天线单元之间的耦合。实测结果表明:-10 d B阻抗带宽为1.25 GHz(1.60~2.85 GHz),覆盖了DCS1800、PCS1900、UMTS2100、LTE2300、LTE2500以及2.4 GHz WLAN六个频段。在整个工作频带内,除S12小于-12 d B外,其他单元之间的互耦均小于-15 d B。计算得到的包络相关系数均小于0.025,表明该天线系统具有良好的分集性能。
【Abstract】 A multiband MIMO antenna for mobile phone is proposed. The antenna system consists of four planar inverted-F antenna(PIFA) elements. To decrease the mutual coupling between antenna elements, a decoupling measure is adopted by merging the ways of adding parasitic strips, slotting on the ground and protruding T-shape branches. Measured results show that the proposed antenna system obtains a-10 d B impedance bandwidth of 1.25 GHz(1.60-2.85 GHz), which covering DCS1800, PCS1900, UMTS2100, LTE2300, LTE2500 and 2.4 GHz WLAN bands. In addition to the S12 less than-12 d B, the mutual coupling between other elements is less than-15 d B in the whole operation band. The calculated envelop correlation coefficients are all less than 0.025, which indicates its good diversity performance.
