X波段二维宽角度扫描相控阵设计
Design of Two Dimensional X Band Wide Angle Scanning Phased Array

【摘要】 本文利用双层带状线馈电的Vivaldi天线作为阵列单元,以三角栅格进行布阵,设计了一款宽带宽角扫描相控阵。通过分析单元间的互耦通道,在恰当的位置引入?型吸波材料,降低了单元间互耦。仿真结果表明该X波段阵列在带有反射地板的情况下,实现了E面和H面均可达到±60°的无栅瓣波束扫描,且在扫描范围内有源驻波均小于3.2。
【Abstract】 A wideband wide angle scanning phased array is proposed in this paper. Double layer Vivaldi antenna with stripline feeding is adopted as the array element, and the array is set as the triangular grid. In order to reduce the mutual coupling between elements, a ? shaped absorbing material is introduced. The phased array is able to scan to ±60° in both E-and H-plane without grating lobe in X band above a ground plane, and the active VSWR is lower than 3.2 within all scanning scope over the whole band.
