幅相误差对球面多探头天线校准结果的影响分析

【摘要】 球面多探头天线近场测试系统具有测试速度快、可获取待测天线近场三维数据等优点。然而,多探头各通道不同的幅相特性将会影响近场测试精度。针对各通道间的不一致性,首先对多探头系统进行机械校准,降低探头角度和位置误差。然后通过测量球面中心到每个探头的辐射信号进行电校准。接下来,仿真分析了系统误差和环境因素引起的幅相波动对外推方向图的影响。通过构建半球面多探头天线近场测试系统进行实验验证,结果表明了机械校准和电校准方法的有效性。将校准后的数据外推得到远场方向图,并与远场测量方向图对比,验证了幅相误差对外推方向图的影响。

【Abstract】 Spherical multi-probe near-field antenna measurement system has the advantages of fast test speed and available of three-dimensional near-field data. However, different channel have different amplitude and phase characteristic, which will affect measurement accuracy. In order to eliminate the channel inconsistency, mechanical calibration of the multi-probe system was performed first, which reduced the angle and position errors of the probe. Then the electrical calibration was performed by measuring the radiation signal from the center of sphere to each probe. Next, the influence of amplitude and phase errors caused by system errors and environment on the near-field to far-field transformation was simulated and analyzed. The radiation pattern was obtained by inserting the calibrated near-field data into near-field to far-field extrapolation algorithm, by comparing with the measured radiation pattern, the influence of amplitude and phase errors on far-field was verified.
