宽频带高增益Vivaldi全向天线设计

【摘要】 Vivaldi天线是一种渐变、端射行波天线,因其超宽带特性而被广泛应用于超宽带通信系统、相控阵雷达和射电天文等领域。本文给出了一种垂直极化宽频带高增益Vivaldi全向天线设计,即将五个Vivaldi单元垂直放置,组成圆环阵列实现垂直极化及全向特性,应用平行双线馈电,通过应用天线边缘的波纹结构,改善边缘电流分布,使得天线在频带内具有稳定的半功率波瓣宽度。该阵列天线可实现2.2GHz~3.8GHz相对带宽53.3%的宽频带,在频带内驻波比小于2,水平面不圆度小于3d B,2.3GHz~3.7GHz内天线增益大于2.5d B。圆环阵列天线半径为68mm,高度为70mm。

【Abstract】 Vivaldi antenna is a gradient and end-launched traveling wave antenna, it is widely used for the UWB characteristics in ultra-wideband communication systems, phased array radar and radio astronomy and other fields. This paper describes the design process of a broadband and high gain Vivaldi vertically polarized omnidirectional antenna, it consists of five Vivaldi antennas, improves the current distribution of the edge, makes the antenna has the stable half power lobe width within the band, organized array to realize the vertical polarization and omnidirectional characteristics. The vertically polarized omnidirectional antenna works at the frequency range from 2.2GHz to 3.8GHz and the relative bandwidth is 53.3%, VSWR is less than 2, the gain variation in the horizontal plane is less than 3d B, and the gain is greater than 2.5d B within 2.3GHz-3.7GHz.The size of this antenna is 68 mm *70 mm.
