【摘要】 印度在非洲有着较好的软实力资源,包括共同的历史记忆、日益加深的经贸关系、文化吸引力、较大的侨民群体以及地缘、政治制度和语言上的优势。不仅如此,印度还积极调整其经济、政治和军事政策,实施多领域援助,积极参与地区危机管理与维和,并开展公共外交,加强文化渗透。印度的不足之处在于经济实力不够强大,一些软实力资源不易转化为真实软实力,对非洲了解不够,政府腐败严重并且工作效率低下,以及挥之不去的经济和战略利益的阴影。更多还原

【Abstract】 India boasts of a number of good soft-power resources in Africa,including common historical memories,increasingly deepened economic and commercial ties,cultural appeal,large diaspora groups,along with geopolitical,institutional and linguistic advantages.Moreover,India has been proactively adjusting its economic,political and military policies,providing assistance in different areas,participating in regional crisis management and peacekeeping,promoting public diplomacy,and strengthening cultural ties with African states.Nonetheless,India’s limitations include inadequate economic prowess,difficulty in converting its soft-power resources into de facto soft-power,poor understanding of Africa,pervasive corruption and low working efficiency,together with the shadow of economic and strategic interests.更多还原
