【摘要】 建立了一种快速、简便、稳定性好的试纸比色法现场快速测定水中磷酸盐。探讨了还原体系、钼酸铵和硫酸等因素对试纸显色深浅的影响。在最佳实验条件下,磷酸盐含量在3~400mg/L(以PO3-4计)范围内有明显色阶。该方法可应用于现场水中磷酸盐的快速测定,加标回收率在100~108%范围内,结果与国标法和Merck试纸无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new colorimetry of test strips was proposed for rapid, simple and stable determination of phosphate in water solution on site. The factors influencing the chromogenic reaction of test strips such as the reducing system, ammonium molybdate and sulfuric acid were investigated in detail. Under optimal conditions, the concentration for phosphate has obvious color in the range from 3 mg/L to 400mg/L(evaluated by PO3-4). The developed approach was applied to on-site rapid determination of phosphate in the water with the recoveries in the range from 100% to 108%, and the result of the method has not significant difference from Merck phosphate test strips and the standard method.更多还原
