化工园区挥发性有机物现场红外光谱监测技术及应用

【摘要】 中红外波段是主要气态污染物尤其是挥发性有机物(VOCs)的基频吸收带,大多数污染气体在该波段都有其特征光谱。傅立叶变换红外光谱技术是该波段的优选测量技术,它具有传统色散光谱技术难以同时具备的高分辨率、高信噪比和宽波段的特点,结合其多种形式的非接触测量方式,可以实现对气体的主被动监测,非常适合用于化工业园区的排放现场监测。我国在傅立叶变换红外光谱成套技术的自主研发方面取得了长足的进步,并形成了初具规模的应用系列和体系。本文讨论了傅立叶变换红外光谱的主要原理、技术方法和应用系统,并介绍了目前国内针对化工园区点、面源排放现场监测所开展的典型应用。
【Abstract】 The mid-infrared region is the fundamental absorption band of the main gaseous pollutants, especially volatile organic compounds(VOCs). Most of the polluted gases have their characteristic spectra in this band. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is a preferred measurement technique for mid-infrared analysis. It has the advantages of high resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio and wide band which traditional dispersion technique cannot have them simultaneously. Combined with its many forms of non-contact measurement, it can be set up as active or passive system which is suitable for chemical industrial area emissions in-situ monitoring. In this paper, the theory, techniques and applications of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy are discussed. The typical applications of chemical monitoring and monitoring of different sites are introduced.
