高压放电与乙二胺合钴协同脱除烟气NO传质机制模型

【摘要】 建立与验证高压电晕放电与乙二胺合钴协同脱除烟气中NO的传质机理模型,指导烟气脱硝的实际应用。结合双模理论与实验研究,探究了NO在电场作用下的迁移过程和液相中的化学反应,探讨放电电压、水流量、乙二胺合钴浓度对NO脱除效率的影响。结果表明,NO脱除效率随着放电电压,乙二胺合钴浓度的增加而增加,NO脱除效率随着水流量的增加而缓慢增加,与模型公式计算出的结果基本相一致。建立了高压放电与乙二胺合钴协同脱除模拟烟气中NO传质模型,实验验证了电压、水流量、乙二胺合钴浓度等参数对脱除NO的影响。实验结果与模型公式计算出的结果基本相一致。
【Abstract】 The aim of this research was to study the modelling of corona discharge combined with cobalt ethylenediamine solutions for the removal of NO from simulated flue gas.Based on the double film theory,a novelty formula was established to describe the mass-transfer process for the NO removal efficiency from simulated flue gas by corona discharge combined with cobalt ethylenediamine solution.The effect of discharge voltage,concentration of cobalt ethylenediamine and water flow on the removal efficiency of NO were investigated.It was seen that NO removal efficiency increased with the increasing of discharge voltage and the concentration of ethylenediamine solution,slightly increased with the increase in the water flow rate,which were fit to the calculated results of theoretical model.The novelty formula was established to describe a mass-transfer process for the NO removal efficiency from simulated flue gas by corona discharge combined with cobalt ethylenediamine solution.It was seen that the parameters of model had been tested experimentally and the experimental data were well in accord with the calculated results of theoretical model on the whole.
