氧气中特里切尔脉冲的放电特性
The characteristics of Trichel pulse in oxygen at low pressure

【摘要】 为了进一步揭示特里切尔脉冲放电特性,利用针-板电极结构在低气压氧气环境中研究了特里切尔脉冲的放电特性。测量得到了放电的伏安特性曲线和不同电流下的放电图像。结果表明放电电流由低到高分别为汤生放电模式、特里切尔脉冲模式和反常辉光放电模式。在低气压下获得了稳定的电压和电流脉冲波形。其中纯氧气环境下,平均放电电流为40μA时,电流的上升沿为7μs,远低于高气压下的时间;下降沿为29μs,两个脉冲间的等待时间为144μs。电流脉冲的峰值出现时间由临界电场决定,超前电压最低值。研究结果同时表明,相同条件下,随着氧气含量的增加,脉冲寿命基本不变,两个相邻脉冲间的等待时间增长,脉冲频率降低。脉冲频率随平均电流的增加线性增加。
【Abstract】 In order to explore the characteristics of Trichel pulses,the Trichel pulse in oxygen at low pressure has been investigated.The V-I curve and the images of discharge at different discharge current are measured.Results show that the discharge is divided into Townsend mode,Trichel pulse mode and abnormal glow mode when the discharge current increases.Both of discharge pulsing current and pulsing voltage is obtained.In pure oxygen with an averaged discharge current of 40μA,the rising time and duration time in a pulse are 7μs and 29μs,which are much shorter than that of the pulses obtained at high pressure.The waiting time between two pulses is 144μs.The current peak depending on the critical electric field appears earlier than the minimum of voltage.In addition to,results show that with the increasing of oxygen content,the waiting time increases,the width of pulses is constant and the frequency of pulses decrease.The frequency of pulses increases linearly with increasing of averaged discharge current.
