脱水硅酸凝胶状的水溶性CdTe量子点及LED应用

【摘要】 <正>目前基于量子点的光致发光器件基本使用的油相量子点,油相制备方法大多毒性较高,反应原料较多,成本较高,反应步骤繁杂,反应时间长,严重限制了其在LED领域的推广应用。为了解决这些问题,我们研究出了一种基于水溶性CdTe量子点的光致发光新方法,并将其应用在LED领域。实验中,我们将水溶性CdTe量子点与无机材料硅酸钠水溶液混合,通过旋转蒸发的方法,得到均匀含有CdTe量子点的脱水
【Abstract】 The synthesis methods of oil-phase QDs,which are used in photoluminescence devices,have high toxicity,large and costly reactive materials,complicated reaction steps and long reaction time,which limits its application in LED.We have developed a new photoluminescence method based on hydrophilic CdTe QDs and applied it in LED.First,we mix CdTe QDs with sodium silicate solution and get the dehydration silicate gel evenly incorporating CdTe QDs by the method of rotary evaporation.Then,stick it to the surface of the UV LED and heat it under certain conditions until completely cured.LED emits fluorescence of CdTe when energized.The new method has shorter reaction time,only one cheap reactive material and none of toxicity.The silicate gel has a good fluorescence effect under UV excitation.It also has high plasticity,drying curability and long-term preservation.So it can be widely used in hydrophilic CdTe QD-LED field.
