预热粉体爆炸烧结单相纳米氧化铝陶瓷初步研究

【摘要】 采用预热粉体爆炸烧结的方法对单相纳米氧化铝陶瓷的烧结技术进行了初步研究,对纳米陶瓷的密度、不同预热温度对纳米陶瓷显微结构的影响、纳米陶瓷的XRD谱线特征、以及纳米陶瓷的质量及其改善途径进行了分析。
【Abstract】 The technique of preheating powder and explosive sintering to sinter the singlephase nano-ceramic of α-Al2O3 is used.The density of ceramic,the effect of different preheating temperature on the ceramic microstructure.the character of XRD pattern of ceramic,the nano-ceramic quality and the way to improve the quality of nano ceramic are analyzed in this paper.
