【摘要】 奶牛乳腺炎是影响奶牛产奶的重要疾病之一,其病因复杂,但主要以无乳链球菌等致病菌感染所致。无乳链球菌不仅引起奶牛乳腺炎,同时也是重要的人畜共患性致病菌,因此具有重要的公共卫生意义。对于奶牛乳腺炎的防治技术研究一直未能够获得有效突破,常规疫苗经临床使用效果不佳,因此探索其新型有效抗原靶位抗原成为目前研究的"热点"。根据国内外研究报道,无乳链球菌具有多种重要的菌体蛋白,表现良好的抗原性,可作为研究新型疫苗的候选抗原蛋白。本文重点概述其5种菌体蛋白,即菌毛岛屿PI、表面免疫相关蛋白sip、磷酸甘油激酶Pgk、纤维蛋白原结合蛋白Fbs A/B、黏附蛋白Bi BA的研究进展,为相关研究人员提供具有价值的研究信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 garget is one of the major diseases affecting milk production,which caused complex,but mainly due to pathogens infection such as Streptococcus agalactiae.Streptococcus agalactiae not only causes garget,but also is an important zoonotic pathogens,and therefore has important public health implications.For the study of garget prevention and control technology have not been able to get broken,conventional vaccines have poor clinical results,so the exploration of its new effective target antigens become "hot spots" of present study.According to domestic research reports,Streptococcus agalactiae with many important bacterial proteins,has good antigenic,which can be used as a candidate antigen protein of studying new generation vaccine.This article will focuse on outlining the research progress in its five kinds of bacterial proteins.They are pili islands PI,the surface of immune-related proteins sip,phosphoglycerokinase Pgk,fibrinogen binding protein Fbs A/B,Research Bi BAadhesion protein.l hope it can provid valuable research information for the relevant researchers.更多还原
