【摘要】 自21世纪以来,金黄色葡萄球菌迅速成为国内外人畜受感染的重要致病菌,造成严重的感染与发病。随着人畜抗生素的滥用,多重耐药菌,甚至"超级细菌"产生的报道逐年增多,使得金黄色葡萄球菌成为重要的公共卫生安全问题而备受重视。因此,国内外学者为了能够有效预防金黄色葡萄球菌的危害,近年来针对金黄色葡萄球菌的致病因子进行了一系列的研究,尤其对其溶血素的研究报道较多,并获得了一些进展。本文主要对近年来国内外金黄色葡萄球菌溶血素研究状况做一综述和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 21 st century,Staphylococcus aureus is rapidly becoming an important bacteria which infected humans and animals over the world,causing serious infection and disease.With the overuse of antibiotics on livestock,reporting multi-drug resistant and even "super bacteria" increased year by year,so that Staphylococcus aureus has become an important public health and safety issue.Thus,scholars in order to prevent Staphylococcus aureus effectively,contrary to the virulence factor of staphylococcus aureus carried out a series of research in recent years,particularly research for hemolysin and get some progress.This paper focuses on the research situation for recent domestic Staphylococcus aureus hemolysin do a review and outlook.更多还原
