【摘要】 目的探讨腹部凸阵探头联合腔内探头(经阴道/直肠)对输尿管中下段结石的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2014年1月至2016年6月在我院临床疑诊输尿管结石患者,在经腹部超声排除输尿管中上段结石后,改为腔内超声检查确定有无输尿管中下段结石,并与CT、手术结果、药物排石治疗进行对照。结果 90例疑诊输尿管中下段结石患者,82例经腔内超声诊断输尿管中下段结石,并经CT、手术结果或药物排石治疗证实。8例未检查出结石。结论经腔内探头检查提高了输尿管中下段结石的检出率,缩短患者检查时间,此检查方法快捷、方便、经济、准确率高,为诊断和排除输尿管中下段结石的首选补充诊断方法,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore Diagnostic value of combination of abdominal convex array ultrasound probe and intracavitary ultrasound probe(transvaginal/transrectal) in the lower-middle segmental ureterolith. Methods: To review and analyze patients who were suspected to suffer ureterolith by clinic diagnosis of our hospital from Jan 2014 to Jun 2016, after ruling out the possiblity of the upper-middle segmental ureterolith by abdominal ultrasound,confirming the lower-middle segmental ureterolith by intracavitary ultrasound, and compare with CT, surgical result, medication of ureterolith. Results : Among 90 cases of suspect patient of the lower-middle segmental ureterolith, 82 cases(91%) were confirmed by intracavitary ultrasound, and verified by CT, surgical result, medication of ureterolith. Conclusion: intracavitary ultrasound can improve the detection-rate of the lower-middle segmental ureterolith, shorten the time of physical examination of patient, which is swift, convenient, economical, high detection-rate, and obtain an important supplementary diagnostic tool of ureterolith, and worth of populating and applying which has good clinical value.更多还原
