轿车CAS模型的气动外形优化设计
Design and optimization of aerodynamic configuration for apassenger car CAS model

【摘要】 本文以某阶背式轿车CAS模型为研究对象,以优化气动外形设计参数、提升气动性能为目的。运用径向基函数近似模型和集优化的超拉丁方实验设计方法,以流线型系数为气动优化评价指标,选取前、后、侧风窗倾角、行李箱盖倾角、发动机罩倾角和车身后部收缩量为优化变量,进行了气动外形优化研究。结果显示轿车CAS模型流线型系数指标由原来的0.6033优化0.5248,优化效果可达13.01%,其中CD值由原来的0.3091优化到0.2695,优化效果可达12.81%,取得了显著地优化效果。
【Abstract】 This paper aims to designandoptimize parameters for the aerodynamic configuration and improve aerodynamic performance by studying the CAS model of a certain passenger car.Using radial basis function(RBF) approximation model and the optimization of Latin square experimental design method,aerodynamic coefficient for aerodynamic optimization evaluation index,the selection window before,after,side wind Angle,trunk lid inclination,hood,dip Angle and the back of the car body shrinkage as optimization variables,for the study of aerodynamic configuration optimization.Results show that the CAS sedan aerodynamic coefficient index from0.6033 to 0.5248,optimization effect can reach 13.01%,of which the CD value optimization from 0.3091 to 0.2695,the optimization effect can reach 12.81%,significantly optimized results have been achieved.
