匀速及变速超车过程车辆瞬态气动特性的研究

【摘要】 以某厢式货车为研究对象,利用动网格和滑移交界面技术实现匀速及变速超车过程三维瞬态数值模拟,得到主超车和被超车瞬态气动特性变化规律。模拟结果表明:两种超车工况下车辆的气动特性变化趋势一致,但变化范围不同;变速超车过程对主超车气动阻力影响较大,对其侧向力影响较小;主超车速度越大,被超车受到的气动阻力和侧向力越大,主超车速度变化对被超车气动特性影响更大。
【Abstract】 In order to research the transient aerodynamic characteristics of vehicles during the uniform and accelerated overtaking process,three-dimensional transient numerical simulation was carried out by using dynamic mesh and sliding interface technology.The simulation results show that the aerodynamic characteristics of vehicles in the two overtaking conditions have the same trend of variation,but the range of variation is different.The accelerated overtaking process has a great influence on the aerodynamic drag force of overtaking van and has little influence on its side force;The larger the overtaking van’s speed,the greater the aerodynamic force of overtaken van;The change of overtaking van’s speed has a greater impact on the aerodynamic characteristics of overtaken van.
