抽吸流场中圆球垂向受力数值与试验研究
Numerical and experimental study on vertical force of a sphere in hydraulic collecting

【摘要】 海底集矿技术是深海采矿的关键技术,一般采用水力集矿方式将海床表面矿粒吸入集矿机中。单个球形矿粒在集矿中的受力特性及流场分析是集矿系统水动力特性研究的基础。本研究采用基于剪切应力运输(SST)的分离涡(DES)方法对单个球形矿粒在不同集矿工况下的垂向受力和流场特征进行了数值模拟。同时,在实验室构建了一套水力集矿试验系统,用力传感器测量球形颗粒的垂向受力。计算结果与试验值的比较结果验证本文数值模拟方法对于预报集矿过程中单颗粒垂向受力的可行性。通过分析285种工况数据获得圆球阻力系数与无量纲集矿工况参数之间数学关系。
【Abstract】 Nodules collecting technique is considered as a key technique in deep-sea mining.Hydraulic collecting method is mostly applied to carry seabed nodules into the collector.The force characteristic and flow field analysis is the basis of the study of hydrodynamic characteristic of the mining system.In this paper,Detached-eddy Simulation(DES) method based on Shear Stress Transport(SST) is applied to study the vertical force and flow field characteristic of a single sphere under various working parameters.A hydraulic collecting test system is constructed,with which the vertical force of sphere is measured by a force transducer.The numerical method of this paper is verified to be feasible to calculate the vertical force of the nodule in hydraulic collecting,by comparing the numerical simulation results and experiment results.The relation between vertical force and dimensionless working parameters is obtained through the results of 285 combinations of working parameters.
