【摘要】 针对福利院在残障患儿治疗的监护过程暴露的问题,提出福利院监护人要加强医学知识学习,时刻保持关爱之心,把如何保障孤残儿童权益作为首要考虑的问题;同时对于脑死亡、植物人状态、多器官衰竭的重症患儿,做到适度地放弃治疗。立法部门应尽快修订和完善相关法律法规,使福利院监护人有法可依,既有利于保障残障儿童的合法权益,又能使福利院监护人更好地开展工作,避免陷入法律纠纷与伦理困境。更多还原

【Abstract】 To solve the custody matters with handicapped children in hospital,welfare guardian should further enhance the medical knowledge learning,give more care and love to the children as well,and take the right protection of disabled children as the first consideration.At the same time,guardians should give up treatment moderately for the critical children,such as brain death,persistent vegetative state and multiple organ failure.The legislative branch should revise relevant laws as soon as possible,which not only benefit for the protection of handicapped children right,but also avoid the welfare guardian falling into legal disputes and ethical dilemmas.更多还原
