【摘要】 公民科学素质,包括掌握基本的科学技术、了解必要的科学知识以及崇尚科学的精神。公众急救,作为医学中技术要求较高、社会效应较大的部分,是普及医学知识、提升医学素质的重要环节,是全民科学素质行动战略中的一个重要组成部分。本文明确了"全民医学素质""公众急救素质"的概念,以大量的数据为基础,从"急救知识普及"和"急救知识培训"两个方面,与国外公众急救素质进行对比研究,找到国内外在公众急救方面的差距,为提升全民医学素质,进而提升全民科学素质建言献策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Citizens scientific qualities include mastering basic science and technology,understanding the necessary scientific knowledge,and advocating the spirit of science.Public emergency,as medical technology demand is higher,the social effect in large part,is an important part of the popularization of medical knowledge,improve medical quality,the scientific quality of an important component part of the strategic action.This article has been clear about the concept of "national medical quality", "public emergency quality",on the basis of a large amount of data,from the "first aid knowledge popularization" and "first aid knowledge training",compared with foreign public emergency quality,finds the difference between home and abroad in the public emergency,gives suggestions to improve the medical quality,and improves the quality of BSFLP science.更多还原
