乘载式大客车侧翻碰撞仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of A Integral Bus Rollover Crashworthiness

【摘要】 为了研究客车侧翻碰撞过程中车身结构的变形及能量变化规律,本文建立了某大客车侧翻有限元模型,进行侧翻碰撞仿真与实车实验,分析侧翻碰撞时车身结构的能量变化和车身薄弱结构,选取腰梁与立柱焊接形式、底板横梁布置部位以及侧围立柱的能量变化,进行对比研究不同车身结构对客车侧翻安全性能的影响。对改进前后的车身结构强度进行星级评价,表明改进后的车身结构能更有效地保证客车上部结构强度。
【Abstract】 To analyze the low of structural deformation and energy transfer in the process of bus rollover collision,we establishe the bus rollover crash finite element model,and carry out rollover crash simulation and real bus experiment,then analyze the whole bus energy changes and find out bus body weak structure.Comparative study the bus rollover safety of different bus body structure,including the welding form of waist beams and pillars,layout area of floor beams and energy change of pillars.Compare the strength of body frame structure before and after improvement reference PH star evaluation method,proves that the improved body structure can improve superstructure strength effectively.
