斜盘式空调压缩机振动噪声分析与优化

【摘要】 针对国内某款斜盘式压缩机在怠速工况下噪声大的问题,分别对其进行模态及内部流场噪声仿真,并结合模态试验和压缩机台架噪声试验,确定怠速工况下压缩机噪声大是由于压缩机及其支撑系统发生共振引起的,此外压缩机本体的流体噪声也是较大的噪声源。因此从压缩机机械噪声和流体噪声两方面进行改进,最终取得了较好的改进效果。
【Abstract】 To reduce the noise of swash plate type compressor during idling condition,the simulations of the modal and internal flow field noise of the compressor were carried out respectively.Combining with the modal and noise rig test of the compressor,the conclusion drew was that the noise of the compressor during idling condition,in addition to the fluid noise of the compressor ontology,was caused by the resonance of the compressor and its supporting system.Eventually,the satisfactory result has been obtained by the optimization of the mechanical and fluid noise.
