油气弹簧密封故障分析

【摘要】 油气弹簧由于其无可比拟的优越性能,具有非常广阔的应用前景。密封件是油气弹簧的关重部件,其耐久性直接决定了油气弹簧的性能。本文基于理论分析,结合大量工程实践经验,从密封润滑性、温域适应性和油液相容性三个方面分析了造成油气弹簧密封故障的原因,总结了油气弹簧组合密封设计与选型的准则。
【Abstract】 Hydro- pneumatic spring has broad application prospects for its incomparable performance.The performance of hydropneumatic spring is directly determined by seals’ durability.Reasons causing seal failure of hydro- pneumatic spring were studied based on theoretical analysis and extensive engineering experience.This study includes three aspects,namely seal lubrication,adaptability of temperature field and compatibility of oil.Some guidelines and suggestions benefical to design and choose were concluded.
