整体耦合传热对发动机冷却改进的数值计算
Numerical Simulation of Improvements to SI Engine Cooling System with the Integral Solid/Fluid Coupling Heat Transfer

【摘要】 建立某汽油机的一维GT-POWER模型和三维FLUENT模型,利用整体耦合的固液传热分析方法对缸体温度场和水套速度场等进行数值计算分析,进行了试验验证。提出三套冷却方案的改进设计,并对各方案的冷却效果和压损进行对比研究,指出方案二是比较理想的折中方案。
【Abstract】 A 1D GT- POWER model and a 3 D FLUENT model for a gasoline engine are built.The engine block temperature field and the water jacket velocity field were simulated with the integral solid/fluid coupling heat transfer.The results were verified by experiments.Three cooling system improved plans were presented,and then their effects on the engine and pressure loss were compared.The results showed Plan Two proposed in the research was a compromise.
