非道路柴油机DPF匹配实验研究

【摘要】 本文旨在研究非道路柴油机进行DPF匹配的策略。参考不同非道路机械保有量占比,选取6台典型非道路机械,使用温度和压力数据采集系统监测六台机械的排气温度和背压,以背压作为DPF再生始点选取的标准,以排气温度作为选择DPF再生方式的依据,为不同的非道路机械选取适宜的DPF系统。之后借助NanoMet3检测DPF前后颗粒物数量,实验工况不仅包括全工况,同时也关注了非道路机械所特有的高低怠速工况,对比分析数据得到DPF的颗粒物过滤效率均可达到95%以上,并且进行了耐久性实验,验证了再生过程可以顺利进行,证明了前述匹配方式的合理性。
【Abstract】 This paper aims to study the strategy of matching DPF to off- road diesel engine.Considering the proportion of different off-road machinery,we select 6 sets of typical machineries.We use the temperature and pressure data acquisition system to monitor the exhaust temperature and back pressure of the machine we have selected.Then we take the back pressure as the criterion of the starting point of DPF regeneration and use the exhaust temperature as the basic for selecting DPF regeneration method.So we can select suitable DPF system for different off- road machinery.Then with the help of NanoMet3,we can detect the number of particles before and after the DPF system.The working conditions not only include the full operating conditions,but also we pay attention to the high and low idle speed condition of the off- road machinery.The comparative analysis of data draw to the conclusion that the efficiency of DPF could be over 95%,and the durability test verifies that the regeneration process can be carried out smoothly,which proves the rationality of the aforementioned matching method.
