油气管道隧道穿越膨胀土施工工法研究

【摘要】 为解决油气管道穿越膨胀土隧道施工工法选择问题,采用三维有限元软件流固耦合模拟方法,对采用全断面法、台阶法和台阶留核心土法等三种施工工法开挖隧道过程中,围岩变形特征、塑性区分布规律和初期支护结构的受力特征等进行研究,对比分析得出一种适用于油气管道穿越膨胀土隧道的合理工法,以期指导同类油气管道膨胀土隧道工程。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the oil and gas pipeline through expansive soil tunnel construction method,the fluid solid coupling simulation method of three dimensional finite element software is selected to simulate tunnel excavation process of entire section method,bench method and sidestep reserving core soil method.The deformation characteristics of surrounding rock,the distribution law of plastic zone and the stress characteristics of initial support structure were studied,finally,a reasonable construction method for the oil and gas pipeline through expansive soil tunnel is obtained,which is used to guide the construction of the same kind of expansive soil tunnel project.
