超大断面隧道软弱围岩变形控制与施工步距研究

【摘要】 文章以韩门隧道为依托,采用三维数值分析的手段,研究软弱围岩超大断面隧道开挖围岩变形控制和三台阶五步开挖步距对围岩变形的影响。通过研究各台阶开挖长度对拱顶竖向位移的影响,确定台阶开挖合理长度和支护要求,分析各开挖步对隧道围岩荷载释放的影响,优化施工步距。分析结果表明,隧道上台阶拱部开挖对隧道围岩竖向位移具有非常重要的作用,上台阶开挖长度应控制在20 m以内;仰拱闭合施工对台阶法施工很重要,施工中应及早封闭仰拱和施做二次衬砌。
【Abstract】 Using the method of three dimensional numerical analysis,the influence of the deformation control of surrounding rock and excavation step of three-step-five-part excavation relying on the Hanmen tunnel.By studying the influence of the excavation length of each step on the vertical displacement of arch crown,the reasonable length of step excavation and the requirement of support are determined.The influence of the excavation step on the load release of surrounding rock is analyzed.Analysis results show that arch excavation has a very important role on vertical displacement of tunnel surrounding,the arch step should be in 20 meters;inverted arch closure construction is very important to the construction of bench cut method,the inverted arch and the secondary lining should be constructed early.
