高层建筑迎风面风驱雨分布预测模型适用性的数值研究

【摘要】 风驱雨(Wind-Driven Rain,简称WDR)是影响建筑外墙耐久性和温湿性能的重要因素之一,极易引起墙体渗水、材料劣化及保温失效等诸多问题。在风驱雨研究领域,以ISO半经验模型为代表的半经验方法应用较为广泛,但由于模型主要依据实测数据分析建立,其对各种复杂环境预测的准确性仍需要深入研究。采用CFD数值方法,对普遍存在的高层建筑立面WDR雨强进行模拟,对比立面分区、中线及转角边缘处WDR雨强平均值与ISO模型预测值,分析WDR雨强CFD模拟值与ISO预测值出现偏差的主要原因。结果表明:仅在低风速、小雨强情况下ISO模型预测结果与CFD模拟结果较为吻合,当遇到强风暴雨时会出现较大偏差,偏差随着风速、雨强增大而增大,且边缘区域较立面中部偏差更大。不同于ISO模型,由模拟推求的墙因子值随雨强增大而增大,从而导致模拟所得WDR雨强较ISO预测值偏大,因此需对ISO模型立面墙因子分布进行修正。

【Abstract】 Wind-driven rain(WDR) is an important factor affecting the durability of wall and hygrothermal performance,which can cause a series of problems such as wall leakage,erosion of building materials and insulation failure.In recent studies,the models that are most widely and most frequently used are the semi-empirical model especially in the ISO standard for WDR assessment.As the model is mainly based on measured data,the accuracy for prediction of WDR distribution in various kinds of complicate environments still require further studies.In this paper,numerical simulation will be applied to WDR intensity on widespread tall building facades.Comparing WDR intensity of the CFD simulation with ISO Standard on facade midline and edge line,the main reason of the difference between the two models is analyzed.The results indicate that the ISO model provides a fairly good agreement with CFD model only in the condition of low wind and light rainfall intensity.The deviation will be increasing with the growth of wind and rainfall intensity.Besides,the deviation in the edge is larger than in the midside.As opposed to ISO model,the wall factor provided by CFD model increases with the rainfall intensity growth,which leads to consequence that WDR intensity given by simulation is larger than by ISO model.Therefore.it is necessary to revise the wall factor distribution in the ISO model.
