基于实测数据的泥水盾构施工参数相关性分析

【摘要】 为了保证隧道的施工质量并控制开挖对于周围环境的不良影响,泥水盾构施工过程须考虑到诸多施工参数的匹配和调整。本文以仙霞西路隧道施工实测数据为基础,采用SPSS等数理统计软件对泥水盾构施工参数之间的相关性进行了统计分析,对比分析了切口水压、总推力、盾构推进速度、回转角、俯仰角等主要施工参数之间的相关性,并阐述了施工参数之间复杂的相关特性与机理。分析结果表明:切口水压、盾构推速、干砂量是关键施工参数,在施工过程中需要合理设置并密切关注其变化。
【Abstract】 In order to guarantee tunnel construction quality and control surrounding environment effects caused by excavating,we need consider construction parameters matching and adjustment during SPB shield tunnel.In this article,by studying the field data collected in the project of Xianxia West road tunnel with statistical software like SPSS,the interrelationship of the operation parameters of slurry shield is analyzed.Then the interrelationship between main parameters,such as slurry pressure,jack force,shield driving speed,rolling angle and pitching angle,are analyzed and compared respectively.Also the complex interrelationship and its mechanism are elaborated.The analysis results show that slurry pressure,jack force,and dry-sand are key parameters,we need reasonable setting and pay attention to their variation.
