基于虚拟声源的分层结构超声成像方法

【摘要】 分层结构在航空航天、核工业等领域内的应用非常广泛,对这类结构内部缺陷进行无损检测非常重要。本文将虚拟声源概念和合成孔径聚焦技术(SAFT)相结合,将相控阵探头发射的声束聚焦在有机玻璃和钢块界面处,视为虚拟声源,移动虚拟声源扫描测量并采集数据,最后应用合成孔径算法对数据进行成像,获得内层结构的缺陷图像,相比传统方法,本方法得到的图像横向分辨率和信噪比均有较大改善。

【Abstract】 Multilayer structures have been widely used in the aerospace, nuclear industry and other fields.It is very important to detect defects in these structures with non-destructive testing methods. In this paper, the concept of virtual element and synthetic aperture focus technique(SAFT) are combined to become a new algorithm. The beam emitted from the phased array are focused on the interface between PMMA and steel and the focal point are considered as virtual sources. Virtual source is moved to complete scanning measurement and data collection. Finally, the SAFT algorithm is used to process the data, than the imaging of defects in the steel can be viewed. Compared to traditional methods, the lateral resolution and signal noise ratio of image have been greatly improved.
