碳通量日变化规律及其与温度关系的研究——以冬小麦样地为例

【摘要】 以山西省太谷盆地小麦为研究对象,采用箱式法,研究冬小麦抽穗期农田尺度CO2通量的日变化规律及其与温度的关系。结果表明,日尺度上冬小麦干旱处理样地(WD)和灌溉样地(WW)的气温Ta和植被冠层辐射温度Tc之间的泊松相关系数都在0.90以上,2尾显著性检验均为极显著水平,表明在日尺度上Tc与Ta具有较好的一致性,可以用来代替Ta来研究温度对总初级生产力GPP及生态系统呼吸Reco的影响。2009年和2010年冬小麦的WD和WW样地的光照强度PAR变化对净生态系统碳交换量NEE的影响在冬小麦生育前期和后期小于生育中期。日变化尺度上WW和WD样地的NEE、GPP、Reco与土壤温度Ts的相关系数绝大部分都低于与Ta和Tc的,而与Ta和Tc的相关系数差异不大,表明在日尺度上Tc可以代替Ta来研究温度与碳通量的关系,可以用来计算温度对光合作用的调节系数。

【Abstract】 Taking winter wheat in Taigu basin,Shanxi Province as an example,using box mehod,studied the daily variation of carbon flux of winter wheat and its relationship with temperature in heading stage,farmland scale.The results showed,at daily scale,the Poisson correlation coefficients of the equation of Tc with Ta in the condition of drought treatment(WD) and irrigation treatment(WW) of winter wheat were both higher than 0.9,2 significant test were all significant,which indicated that Tc and Ta had a good agreement in daily scale,we can use Tc instead of Ta to study the effect of temperature on GPP and Reco.In 2009 and 2010,for WD and WW of winter wheat,the effect of the variation of PAR on early and late growth stages was lower than middle stage of growth.At daily scale,most of the correlation coefficients of the equation of NEE,GPP and Reco of WD and WW with soil temperature was lower than Ta with Tc,but the difference between Ta and Tc was little,which indicated that we can use Tc instead of Ta to study the relationship between temperature and carbon flux,and use it to calculate the adjustment coefficient of temperature on photosynthesis.
