FLO-2D與HEC-RAS應用於蘇拉颱風後碼崙溪土砂災害模擬
Application of FLO-2D and HEC-RAS to the Simulation of MALUN stream watershed debris flow by Typhoon Saola

【摘要】 本研究以宜蘭縣碼崙溪集水區為研究對象,選用最近蘇拉颱風(2012)降雨量、崩塌地範圍、進行土砂調查分析、水理演算等,由於碼崙溪集水區崩塌地已達集水區總面積5.9%,每逢颱風豪大雨土砂威脅下游保全對象碼崙橋及東疊、碼崙兩個部落安全,經由分析颱風事件所產出之土砂及逕流,對封橋及疏散之建議,同時分析模擬可採用HEC-RAS及FL0-2D搭配使用可增加分析結果之正確度,並作為評估清疏土砂成果之依據。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the result of field investigation,hydrological calculation and numerical simulation of landslides and soil sand disasters for the Malun stream in Yilan County of Taiwan.HEC-RAS and FLO-2D were applied and their results were also compared to increase the analysis accuracy.The typhoon Saola in 2012 was selected as inciting cause.The average,largest pattern of rainfall intensity of the Asola event were analyzed,the investigation and simulation of the scale of landslide were also carried out for the soil sand and water management.Due to the slopeland collapse of the Malun stream catchment has reached to 5.9%of the total catchment area,when typhoon invades,the heavy rainfall threatens the safety of 2 downstream villages and the Malun bridge.Through the analysis of rainfall runoff and the soil sand outflows of the typhoon incident,it is possible to give an early warning to evacuate the village people and shout down the Malun bridge for the future.
