不同调控方法对仿刺参养殖水质的影响

【摘要】 室内养殖仿刺参对水质要求较高,大量换水已成为维持水质的主要手段,但是,这不仅造成资源浪费,而且容易引入病原菌。本研究针对此问题,通过添加蔗糖、活性污泥和EM菌等养殖工艺,降低养殖换水频率,为仿刺参提供适宜的生长环境。结果表明:工艺改善后,水体的理化性质稳定性较好,微生物生长需要的碳源主要依靠添加蔗糖补充。氧气充足的情况下,有机碳源添加造成的化学需氧量升高对于仿刺参生长无影响,亚硝酸盐等有害物质积累速度明显降低。较低质量浓度的外界氨氮环境有利于提高仿刺参体腔液内AKP、ACP、LSZ和SOD活性,过高的氨氮胁迫则会导致酶活受到抑制作用。改善工艺后整个实验期间的菌群结构变化较为明显,而且没有大肠杆菌和致病弧菌的检出,降低了病原体对于仿刺参的侵袭。因此,通过添加蔗糖、活性污泥和EM菌进行的工艺改善,有仿刺参室内养殖的健康、可持续发展。

【Abstract】 Aiming to reduce the water exchange and improve water quality in the indoor aquaculture system of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicas, the present study improve the culture technique by the ways such as adding sugar, activated sludge and effective microorganisms(EM). The results showed that, under these culture technique, it showed good performance in water quality, and the carbon source for microorganism growth was provided mainly by sugar supplementary. The increasing COD level caused by carbon source adding had no effect on the growth of sea cucumber, and the reduced NO2 concentrations were detected in these treatments.The concentrations of AKP, ACP, LSZ and SOD in the coelomic fluid of sea cucumber were promoted by the low concentrations of NH4. Meanwhile, the microorganism population was improved. In summary, these culture treatment might contribute to the sustainable development of sea cucumber aquaculture.
