【摘要】 根据2010年4月至2013年4月南海随机采集的鸢乌贼样本3462尾,比较其年际生物学特征的差异。鸢乌贼样本胴长范围为3~2190 mm,体质量范围为41~334 g,雄性与雌性之比范围为0.07~1.13,未成熟与成熟样本的比率范围为0.21~1.63。2010、2012、2013年采用灯光罩网采集的鸢乌贼样本的胴长和体质量分布趋势一致,但2011年采用鱿钓采集的鸢乌贼样本的胴长和体质量分布趋势与其他年份采用灯光罩网采集的样本存在差异。2012年采集的雌性鸢乌贼样本的摄食指数为4.94,高于其他样本。而2011年采集的雌性鸢乌贼样本的性腺指数为6.36,高于其他样本。根据以上结果,在鸢乌贼资源调查中,灯光罩网优于鱿钓。通过本研究,可以为鸢乌贼资源和评估提供基础资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biological features of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis were examined with 3462 specimens randomly captured during Apr., 2010 to Apr.,2013 in the South China Sea. The range of mantle length was 3~2190 mm, and the range of body weight was 41~334 g. The sex ratio vary between0.07~1.13(Male/Female), and the mature ratio between 0.21~1.63(Immature/Mature). The ML and BW distribution of samples collected by light falling net vary the same in 2010, 2012 and2013, but those collected by squid jigging in 2011 vary differently. The highest feeding factor(FF)was 4.94 of female in 2012, and the highest gonadosomatic index(GSI) was 6.36 of female in2011. As these results show, that the light falling net may be better than squid jigging in S.oualaniensis survey.更多还原
