【摘要】 草鱼肝胆综合症是目前水产养殖中危害严重的一种疾病,但该病的发病机理尚不清楚。本研究采用高效液相色谱质谱联用方法,测定了草鱼不同组织胆汁酸的含量,为解析草鱼肝胆综合症的发病机制提供了基础数据。研究结果显示肝脏中只检测到胆酸(cholic acid,CA),其平均浓度到达728.68±303.11 ng/mg。胆汁中检测到的主要胆汁酸为CA、鹅脱氧胆酸(chenodeoxycholic acid,CDCA)和脱氧胆酸(deoxycholic acid,DCA),平均浓度分别为11.23±5.00、0.83±0.36和0.14±0.07 ng/μL。在个别胆汁样品中检测到牛磺酸结合脱氧胆酸盐(sodium taurodeoxycholic,T-DC),甘氨酸结合胆酸(glycocholic acid,G-CA)和牛磺酸结合鹅脱氧胆酸盐(sodium taurochenodeoxycholic,T-CDC)。肠道样品中共检测到九种胆汁酸CA、CDCA、DCA、T-CDC、T-DC、G-CA、石胆酸(lithocholic acid,LCA)、熊脱氧胆酸(ursodeoxycholic acid,UDCA)和甘氨酸结合熊脱氧胆酸(glycoursodeoxycholic acid,G-UDCA)。中肠和后肠主要胆汁酸是CA,其平均含量分别为6.54±2.3和1.23±0.57 ng/mg。单因素方差分析结果显示中肠和后肠CA及G-CA含量差异显著(P<0.05)。血清样品中没有检测到胆汁酸。草鱼肥满度与组织胆汁酸含量相关性分析发现鱼体肥满度与胆囊中的胆汁酸含量呈负相关关系(r=-0.748,P<0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The concentrations of bile acid in different tissues of grass carp were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Only cholic acid(CA) was detected in the liver samples, with an average concentration of 728.68±303.11 ng/mg. CA,chenodeoxycholic acid(CDCA) and deoxycholic acid(DCA) were mainly found in the gall, with average concentrations of 11.23±5.00, 0.83±0.36 and 0.14±0.07 ng/μL respectively. In addition,trace amounts of taurodeoxycholic(T-DC), glycocholic acid(G-CA) andtaurochenodeoxycholic(T-CDC) were also detected in the gall. Furthermore CA, CDCA, DCA, T-CDC, T-DC, G-CA,lithocholic acid(LCA) ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA) and glycoursodeoxycholic acid(G-UDCA)were found in the intestine. The CA concentration was mainly detected in the midgut(6.54±2.3ng/mg) and hindgut(1.23±0.57 ng/mg). Statistically, the concentrations of CA and G-CA in midgut were significantly different(P<0.05) from those in hindgut. The bile acid was found to be absent in the serum.更多还原
