【摘要】 为观察锦鲤疱疹病毒感染后组织器官的病理变化,本实验采用病理形态学方法,对患病锦鲤进行大体观察,同时取每尾患病鱼的鳃、肾脏、脾脏、肝脏等组织做石蜡切片和H.E染色,观察其组织病理变化。结果显示,患病锦鲤的临床特征大多为游动迟缓,皮肤粗糙,呼吸困难,反应迟钝;病鱼烂鳃,眼球凹陷,背鳍收拢,皮肤表面充血,尤其是鳍条基部和腹部。光镜下可观察到,鳃弓血管充血,鳃耙变短;鳃部呼吸上皮增生,相邻鳃小片之间相互融合,呈板状;肾小管周围出现炎性浸润,肾上皮细胞轻微变性;脾脏和肝脏有炎性细胞浸润。本实验初步证实锦鲤疱疹病毒对锦鲤的损害主要在鱼鳃和肾脏。本研究为进一步了解锦鲤疱疹病毒引起的组织病理变化奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe histopathological changes of koi herpesvirus, we took gills, kidney, spleen and liver to make pathological sections. It is shows that diseased fish move slowly, breathe hardly and response slowly. It is also observe some changes in diseased fish, such as, rot disease in gills,enophthalmos, hyperemia in the skin surface.In light microscope, we can see that the congestion of blood vessel in gill arch, proliferation in respiratory epithelial cells, integration in gill lamellae;the infiltration of inflammatory cell with kidney tubules, the slightly lesion in epithelial cells in kidney; the mildly inflammatory infiltration in spleen and liver. This study provides supporting data that koi herpesvirus mainly injure gills and kidney in fancy carp.更多还原
