【摘要】 本文章对的中草药进行了亚慢性毒性试验,为其在养殖应用上提供理论依据。将黑豆、当归、黄芪、板蓝根、金银花等中草药按照一定比例配制成复方中草药制剂,再按0%、1%、3%、5%的比例添加于罗非鱼商品饲料中,连续投喂30天,对中草药应用于养殖罗非鱼的安全性进行评价。结果表明:(1)罗非鱼的增重率与中草药的添加剂量呈正相关关系;(2)三个添加剂量下,中草药对罗非鱼血清中的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、白蛋白、总蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮等指标无显著影响(P>0.05),但5%组罗非鱼血清中甘油三酯的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)各浓度组罗非鱼肝、脾、头肾、体肾等组织切片与对照组相比无明显组织学变化。结论:在养殖生产中,在商品饲料中添加1%-3%的本复方中草药制剂是安全可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, we investigated the safety of compound Chinese herbal medicine used in fish culture. To evaluate the sub-chronic toxicity of feeding tilapia with compound Chinese herbal medicine(black soybean, angelica, astragalus, radix isatidis, honeysuckle etc.), Tilapia were fed with 0%(control group),1%,3%, 5% Chinese herbal medicine supplemented feed for a month.The results showed that the growth rate was positively correlated with increasing dosage of Chinese herbal medicine. The levels of AST, ALT, TP, ALB, Cr, BUN had no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05), while the TG of the 5% group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). There were no significant histological changes in the liver,spleen, head kidney and kidney. The results in this study suggest that it is safe and feasible to use1% and 3% compound Chinese herbal medicine in tilapia culture.更多还原
