【摘要】 2016年5月,广元某养殖基地的匙吻鲟发生以体表腐烂褪色为主要症状的疾病,为了确定其病因,本研究通过组织病理学观察以及FHM细胞侵染试验,鉴定出一例匙吻鲟皮肤腐烂的病原。结果显示,病鱼多个组织器官具有典型的病理变化,分别引起坏死性皮炎、出血性坏死性脾炎、出血性坏死性肾炎,并且镜下未观察到细菌。病原感染FHM细胞后出现明显病变,细胞胞浆分离产生空斑,继而出现脱落死亡。本研究首次报道了匙吻鲟受病毒感染而引发的腐皮病病例,这为匙吻鲟的病毒病研究以及匙吻鲟腐皮病的正确诊断及防治提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In May, 2016, the disease of skin decolorization was found in a Polyodon spathula breeding base of Guangyuan. In order to determine the etiology, the histopathological research and FHM cell infiltration test were used to identify a pathogen. The results showed that the diseased fish had typical pathological changes, such as necrotizing dermatitis, hemorrhagic necrotizing spleen inflammation, hemorrhagic necrotizing nephritis through microscopic observation. Obvious lesions were noticed after pathogen infection of FHM cells, cell cytoplasm separation and formed plaque, and then cell suspension and death. In this study, we first reported the case of rotting fade sturgeon caused by virus infection, which may provides a theoretical basis for the study of virus disease and the correct diagnosis and control of rotting fade disease in sturgeon.更多还原
