正丁醇/柴油对柴油机燃烧及排放的影响研究

【摘要】 基于DK4A柴油/正丁醇双燃料发动机,研究不同正丁醇/柴油的替代率对柴油机燃烧状态参数及排放的影响。研究结果表明:在柴油喷油提前角和正丁醇喷射时刻一定时,随着正丁醇替代率的增加,缸内压力升高率的斜率和压力峰值均增加,峰值相位后移;而燃烧放热相位均有提前,且正丁醇喷入量越多,燃烧相位提前越明显;HC、CO的排放均增加,正丁醇/柴油替代率这28.6%后,CO的排放便不在增加,而NOx的排放约降低了1 g/kW·h,Soot的排放约降低了0.0108 g/kW·h。

【Abstract】 This paper is based on the DK4 A diesel fuel/ n-butanol dual fuel engine,studying the effect of different n-butanol/diesel fuel substitution rate on combustion state parameter and emission of diesel engine.The results of the research shows that:when the injection advance angle of diesel fuel and the injection timing of n-butanol in a certain time,with the increased of the replacement rates of n-butyl alcohol,the gradient of pressure-rising rates and pressure peak in-cylinder were increased,and the peak phase shifted;but the combustion phase were ahead,and the more the n-butyl alcohol injected,the combustion phase advanced more obviously;the emissions of HC and CO are increased,after the substitution rates of n-butyl alcohol /diesel up to28.6%,the emission of CO would not increase,while the emission of NOx reduced about 1 g/kW·h,the soot reduced about 0.0108 g/kWh.
