纳米WS2/TiN润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

【摘要】 以油酸为表面修饰剂,把纳米WS2、TiN和WS2/TiN作为添加剂加入到基础油中,使用超声分散配制成稳定的润滑油。采用四球摩擦磨损试验机研究纳米添加剂的摩擦学性能,并使用激光共聚焦显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪对磨斑形貌和元素含量进行分析。研究表明:三种纳米添加剂润滑油的减磨效果显著,磨斑直径分别减小19.0%、29.9%和32.2%;三种纳米添加剂润滑油的磨损表面损伤轻微,可以对磨损表面起到修复作用;复合纳米添加剂具有一定的协同作用,能够提高润滑油的性能。

【Abstract】 Using oleic acid as the surface modifier,the WS2,TiN and WS2/TiN nanoparticles are added to the base oil as lubricant additives and the stable lubricating oil are prepared by ultrasonic dispersion.The tribological properties of the lubricating oil are investigated by using the four ball friction and wear tester.The morphologies of the worn surfaces are observed by Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope.The surface element compositions are analyzed by Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy.Research shows that:Three kinds of nanoparticles additives can significantly reduce the wear scar diameters,which are decreased by 19.0%,29.9%and 32.2%.The wear surface damages of three kinds of nanoparticles additives are slight,which can repair the wear surface.The composite additives show a certain synergistic effect and improve the performance of the lubricating oil.
