原位水解法对多孔陶瓷膜的孔径调节研究

【摘要】 提出一种利用原位的金属醇盐水解技术调节陶瓷超滤膜孔径,从而制备分离精度更高的陶瓷纳滤膜的方法.分别考察了溶剂种类、前驱体浓度以及热处理温度对陶瓷纳滤膜性能的影响.以正丙醇锆为前驱体,正丙醇为溶剂,采用原位水解法对截留分子量在12 kDa左右的陶瓷超滤膜进行孔径调节,当前驱体浓度为20wt%,热处理温度为450℃时,获得了截留分子量在2.1 kDa左右的ZrO2陶瓷纳滤膜,孔径由最初的5nm降低至2.3 nm.
【Abstract】 An innovative approach for the preparation of creamic nanofiltration with higher separation accuracy by regulating ceramic ultrafiltration membrane pore size of in situ mental alkoxide hydrolysis is presented.The effects of the variety of solvent,concentration of precursors and heat treatment temperature on the properties of ceramic nanofiltration membrane were studied.Zirconium n propoxide as precursor,the n propanol as solvent,the in situ alkoxide hydrolysis method is used to tune ceramic ultrafiltration membranes pore size which molecular weight are 12 kDa.When the concentration of precursor is 20wt%and heat treatment temperature is 450 ℃,ZrO2 nanofiltration membranes which MWCO are 2.1 kDa and pore sizereducesfrom 5 nm to 2.3 nm were obtained.
