膜蒸馏技术处理电镀废水反渗透浓水的研究

【摘要】 采用膜蒸馏组件对电镀反渗透浓水进行浓缩处理,研究热料液进口温度T1和冷料液进口温度T4等对膜蒸馏的产水通量和产水指标的影响,并对电镀反渗透浓水进行深度浓缩试验.结果表明,随着热料液进口温度T1的增加,产水通量和造水比均增大;随着冷料液进口温度T4的增加,产水通量减小但造水比增大.深度浓缩实验结果表明,当电镀反渗透浓水浓缩至8倍时,产水的电导率、COD、浊度和色度分别保持在50μS/cm、15 mg/L、2 NTU和15倍以下,脱盐率、COCr、浊度和色度的去除率均保持在99%以上.

【Abstract】 An experimental investigation was carried out on concentrating reverse osmosis(RO) brine generated in electroplating wastewater by using membrane distillation(MD) mode with inner heat recovery unit.The effect of hot feed temperature T1 and cool feed temperature T4 on permeate flux,gain-out ratio(GOR) and permeate indexes were investigated.The deeply concentrating RO brine generated in electroplating wastewater was studied.The results showed that the permeate flux and GOR increased with the increase of hot feed temperature T1.With the increase of cool feed temperature,the permeate flux decreased but GOR increased.The results of deeply concentrating RO brine generated in electroplating wastewater showed that when the concentrate times reached 8,the conductivity,COD,turbidity and chroma of permeate were range from 50 μS/cm、11 mg/L、2 NTU and 15 times,respectively.The rejections in permeate were more than 99%.
