交联改性(PEI/PSS)4.5-PAN复合纳滤膜及其对Ni2+的分离性能

【摘要】 采用戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,硫酸(H2SO4)为催化剂,对层层自组装(LbL)制备的(PEI/PSS)4.5-PAN复合纳滤膜进行交联改性,红外光谱(FTIR)和热分析(DCS)表征了交联前后复合膜的结构,研究了交联前后的复合膜纳滤截留Ni2+性能变化.结果表明,交联度增大,聚电解质的热稳定性越大;当交联剂浓度为5.0wt%,催化剂浓度为0.50wt%,30℃交联24 h后,交联改性复合膜对500 mg/LNiCl2溶液的截留率为98.8%,单位压力下通量为24.6 L/(m2·h);与未交联改性复合纳滤膜相比,复合膜的截留率有所提高,同时还保持较高的通量,并显示良好的长期运行稳定性.

【Abstract】 The(PEI/PSS)4.5-PAN composite membrane prepared by layer-by-layer self-assembly method was cross-linked using glutaraldehyde(GA) as crosslinking agent and sulfuric acid(H2SO4) as catalyst.The structure of the membrane was characterized by FTIR and DCS,and the nanofiltration retention of Ni2+ was also investigated.The results showed that the thermos stability of the membrane increased with increasing crosslinking degree.When the concentration of GA was 5.0wt%,and the concentration of H2SO4 was 0.50wt%,cross-linking at 30 ℃ for 24 h,the obtained cross-linked(PEI/PSS)4.- PAN composite membrane showed 98.8%retention ratio for 500 mg/L of Ni2+ solution,along with the flux of24.6 L/(m2 · h · MPa).Compared to the uncrosslinked pristine membrane,the crosslinked composite nanofiltration membrane showed an improved rejection ratio and flux,with a long-term running stability.
