电渗析在有色金属废水与功能有机废水处理中的新应用

【摘要】 工业废水是化工过程常见的三废之一,其排放过程中必须经过有效处理.常见的废水包括高盐废水、有色金属废水、高TOC有机废水以及生活污水,其中有色金属废水和高TOC有机废水处理难度较大,传统的处理方法耗时、过程工艺复杂、投资成本高.我们利用有色金属与特殊给电子功能基团发生配位的原理,将铬(Cr3+)废水与乙酰丙酮铬废水混合,使得乙酰丙酮与铬按照一定比例配位得到乙酰丙酮铬络合物,之后利用电渗析将混合得到的乙酰丙酮铬废水进行电渗析处理,使得废水中的Cr3+与乙酰丙酮得到有效脱除,同时在浓缩室得到乙酰丙酮铬副产物,结果显示电渗析结束时乙酰丙酮与Cr3+的去除效率分别达到91.15%与99.7%,经过红外分析发现得到的乙酰丙酮铬产品有着很好的纯度.本过程同时实现了有色金属废水和功能有机废水的处理,同时得到了具有高附件值的副产物,有着巨大的应用潜力.

【Abstract】 Wastewater is one classical industry waste which normally has particular characteristics such as high salinity,high TOC and always contains Non-ferrous metal and refractory compounds.It should be approximately treated before discharge.However,the conventional procedures is complex and always consumed enormous raw materials and energy.According to their intrinsic properties,non-ferrous metal could form coordination compounds with functional organics which has electron-donating group.By blending Cr3+ non-ferrous metal wastewater and acetylacetone together,neutral acetylacetone form chromium(Ⅲ) acetylacetonate with Cr3+ ions.Afterwards,the mixed wastewater was treated using conventional electrodialysis.Chromium(Ⅲ) acetylacetonate was removed from dilute compartment and reconcentrated in the adjacent one.The results indicated the remove rate of Cr3+ and acetylacetonewere improved to 99.7%and 91.15%correspondingly.The by-product of chromium(Ⅲ) acetylacetonatethat obtained from concentrated compartment was analyzed using FTIR and indicated high quality.The results confirmed the feasibility of this novel process and potential applications in the industry process.
