预制板不同吊装方式下的性能试验研究

【摘要】 吊装方案对预制板在吊装、运输、安装过程中的安全性和经济性影响很大。为确定合理的吊装方案,以现有设置钢筋桁架吊装方案为基础,提出了三种改进的吊装方案,分别为加密吊环替代钢筋桁架方案、钢桁架间距增大至1200 mm方案、应用可拆卸式吊装桁架方案。测试吊装试验时板内混凝土的应力,对比分析三种吊装工况下板的受力情况,并简单估算了三种吊装方案的成本。结果表明,三种吊装方案均能满足安全吊装要求,并能明显降低吊装成本。

【Abstract】 The hoisting scheme has great influence on safety and economy of precast reinforced concrete slab in the process of hoisting, transportation, and installation. In order to determine the reasonable hoisting plan, on the basis of the existing hoisting scheme with steel bar truss, three improved hoisting schemes, including replacing steel bar truss with more hoisting rings, increasing the steel bar truss spacing from 600 mm to 1200 mm and using demountable hoisting truss, were put forward in this paper. Hoisting experiments of reinforced concrete slab were carried, and through testing the stress of concrete, the mechanical state of the slab under different hoisting plan was analyzed and compared. In addition, the cost of three kinds of hoisting ways was also estimated simply. The results in this paper shows that all the three kinds of hoisting schemes can satisfy the security requirements during hoisting, and reduce the cost of hoisting obviously.
