某整体式桥台桥梁的设计与施工

【摘要】 整体式桥台桥梁(整体桥)特点及优势是取消了全桥的伸缩缝和支座。深圳马峦山立交主线桥原设计方案是设置有伸缩缝和支座的连续梁桥。考虑桥梁总长、跨径及地质条件后,开展整体桥设计。经济性分析的结果反映出整体桥的建设费用相对于有缝桥更加经济。如果从全寿命的角度出发,还将大量减少后期养护和维修费用。采用MIDAS CIVIL软件建立有限元模型,依据桥梁规范进行结构与抗震计算,计算结果表明整体桥的设计方案能够满足规范要求。整体桥的施工采用先进行上部结构预应力张拉,后浇筑桥台腰部的后浇带从而形成整体桥的方案。

【Abstract】 The most prominent characteristic and advantage of integral abutment bridge is the elimination of the expansion joints and bearings. The original design scheme of Shenzhen Maluanshan Bridge is a continuous girder bridge with expansion joints and bearings. Considering the bridge length, span and geological conditions, the proposal of integral abutment bridge was carried out. The results of economic analyses indicated that the construction cost of integral abutment bridge is lower than that of jointed bridge. Furthermore, the maintenance and repair cost of integral abutment bridge will be much lower than that of jointed bridge from the life-cycle point of view. The structural and seismic behavior checking of integral abutment bridge was carried out by using the finite element model established by MIDAS CIVIL software. The checking results show that the performance of integral abutment bridge could meet the requirements of the bridge specifications. The construction strategy of integral abutment bridge is tensioning the prestressed tendon in superstructure firstly and then casting the concrete of the post-pouring section of the abutment to form an integral abutment bridge.
